The Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) announced that Ma Long, Fan Zhendong and Chen Meng have withdrawn from the world rankings. The association respects their decisions and has completed all relevant procedures. Meanwhile, regarding the athletes' demands, the CTTA has been actively communicating with international organizations like International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and World Table Tennis (WTT) under the premise of following the rules to promote reasonable adjustments of competition rules and safeguard the athletes' rights. The ITTF also said it will seek proper solutions through channels such as urgently convening the Executive Committee and setting up a working group.
